Additional Details

Payment: 50% of total is required at booking. Remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is within 30 days, 100% is due at booking. $500 refundable security deposit is held 3 days prior to arrival. Rates generated through this form are regularly updated.

Cancellation Policy: For every guest-initiated cancellation, regardless of timing, $500.00 fee will be withheld for processing fees. After that, the following refunds apply: Guests who cancels at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. No refunds will be given within 60 days of arrival. 

House Rules:
- Signed rental agreement and photos of ID required within 24 hours and before final booking confirmation
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Max occupancy at any time is 17 total guests
- No vaping, hookah, or smoking of any kind allowed inside
- No parties or large gatherings
- Special events require owner permission (additional fees apply)
- No pets allowed
- Fireworks are not allowed
- Community quiet hours 11pm to 7am
